Maree Ann Gleeson

Maree has been involved in the water industry for over 37 years, covering all three waters, but mainly in the Stormwater and Wastewater infrastructure area. Maree has a wide range of experience working with both the private sector and local government. Maree has managed the planning and delivery phases of many stormwater and wastewater infrastructure projects in the Auckland region.

Mark Douglas Gleeson

Mark has over 10 years of experience in the building industry and 20 years in the Water industry. Mark has mainly assisted with Stormwater infrastructure Private Drainage Separation / AutoCAD Draughting & Property owner consenting & consultation for various delivery programs. The most recent program of work included the Franklin Road/ Collingwood Separation project where Mark obtained all 76 landowner approvals for the private drainage separations.  More recently Mark has been overseeing the joint AC/WSL Western Isthmus Water Quality Improvement program (WIWQIP) private drainage inspections.

 

Graduate Jamie Spencer

Jamie has recently joined the team and is a Bachelor of engineering degree at the University of Auckland Gra. Jamie is mainly involved with undertaking private drainage investigations including collector App set up, private drainage plan extraction and desktop review, field investigations and data capture.  

 

Project Coordinator Michael Gleeson

Michael has worked for the past 4 years for Gleeson and Associates Ltd on the joint AC/WSL Western Isthmus Water Quality Improvement Program (WIWQIP). His main focus has included organizing the intern inspection teams, undertaking private drainage investigations including collector App set up inputs, private drainage plan extraction and desktop review, field investigations/data capture, and QA/QC processes including referral to AC compliance. Michael is in his final year of a Dip Eng (Civil) at Unitec.

 

Intern Nathan Hancock

Currently in his Second year at the University of Auckland, he brings a fresh perspective and a wealth of enthusiasm to our dynamic group. Specializing in desktop and site investigation work, he plays a pivotal role in private drainage investigations, including tasks such as collector App set up, private drainage plan extraction, desktop review, and meticulous field investigations. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for data capture, he is an invaluable asset to our team, contributing to the success of every project he undertakes.

 

Intern Serge Carrol

Presently in his second year at the University of Auckland, he injects our dynamic group with a refreshing viewpoint and abundant enthusiasm. Focused on desktop and site investigation, he holds a vital position in private drainage investigations, performing tasks such as setting up collector Apps, extracting private drainage plans, conducting thorough desktop reviews, and meticulous field investigations. Possessing a sharp attention to detail and a fervor for data capture, he proves to be an indispensable member of our team, consistently enhancing the success of each project he tackles.
